Journaling: We arrived at Quebec City in the evening, and we checked into the Le Chateau Frontenac, one of the most photographed hotels in the world. It did not disappoint, as the holiday decorations throughout the hotel were spectacular. We loved the decorated trees lined up in the lobby. It was a perfect location for us to stay, close to all the Christmas markets and the Old Town sights. Due to the hotel*s position on a tall cape overlooking the Saint Lawrence River, we enjoyed expansive views of the surrounding area from our hotel room.
