Well, if you live anywhere but Scotland, you don't see this! I SO wanted to see a highland coo during my time in Scotland and I did... except it was a VERY brief drive-by as I zipped down a road near Glencoe yelling "Shannon! There's a coo!" And, dang it, I couldn't find a place to turn around! But, I DID see one! Shannon, however, on one of the excursions she took during her semester in Scotland, not only saw more than one but actually stood (almost!) next to coos! Cathy's word whimsical word art was perfect! As one of the simplest pages ever *grin*, I have to say I love it because of those dang cute coos!
(PS... these appear to be females, as their horns sweep upwards; bull horns are more level or slope down... in case you needed some coo trivia!)

This is a complete lift of a layout I've been saving in my favorites for awhile from Kate (OKate)... I LOVED the simple photo in a simple frame, the simple title and all that white space! Check it out:
