Wendy picked a wonderful layout this week for the Saturday Scraplift. Squeak aka Shirley is one of my favorite scrappers and I was thrilled to see her layout as the subject of the lift and knew that I was going to participate with a layout of my own. You can see Shirley's original page on the DD Blog using this link. I intend to do a second page for this one turned out much busier than I had wanted . . . but, I like it and think that I will do another as well.
Thanks Wendy & Shirley for the Saturday treat!

Journaling: Harrison called me to see if I could go to the Wilson County Fair with him, his mom & dad. It had been many years since I had been to one of the county fairs in our area, so my YES tumbled out with laughter and anticipation. We had a wonderful time while there even though the temperatures where in the 90's. The food was delicious and it was such fun to see little Harrison have such a great new experience . . . an experience that I had many, many years in my childhood.
