I love this photograph of James this year at our Thanksgiving table. He had definitely had enough of everyone him to try a bite of this or that! Don't you just love having a five year old around to give a chuckle no matter what the situation?

My journaling reads:
Thanksgiving day at Aunt Velma’s house this year was wonderful! Our dinner was superb ... we laughed ... we reminisced . . . we stuffed ourselves ... but ... our sweet little James wasn’t about to eat any of that old turkey! He was sharing his dinner with his friend “Hootie” who came to visit for the Thanksgiving vacation weekend and traveled for the big dinner. Hootie seemed to love the turkey, dressing, potatoes, green beans, squash casserole, the hot rolls and pumpkin pie ... but not good his friend James!
