In the past year, you’ve become interested in your personal fitness. Last year, we had to coax you through our weekend bikerides. This year, you can power over the bridges in the highest gear - just for the fun of it. Gone are the days of baby fat. Your routine is 40 miles on your bike with dad during the week, with floor work in the mornings. Sometimes you like to add a workout with me. I love seeing you grab a set of dumbells with such determination. It makes me so proud that you are starting your life with an awareness of health and activity. This is the kind of discipline that will translate to success in every area of your life little man. Keep it up. Nobody ever regretted the time invested in breaking a sweat.
