I know that practicing your piano lesson canít really compete with skateboards, SpongeBob, video games, and your bike. Sometimes sitting at the piano is the last place you want to be. But I promise that your hard work will pay off. Youíre taking on classical pieces, running through finger power exercises and mastering two octaves scales. I happen to know you enjoy mastering a difficult piece that stretches your skills. Good things donít come easy little man. I promise it will be worth all the hours of training when youíre much older. Learning to read music and play piano is a special gift. (Iím willing to throw in the guitar soon too, but we might have to negotiate a little on the drums. )
