Story Scrapbook Challenge

Food glorious food.  Okay, now that I have you singing that song (haha) my job is not done, my job today is to get you thinking stories about food.  I want to be inundated by challenge pages.

So food – we’ve all taken pictures of food, come on fess up!  I want you to describe a wonderful meal you’ve had, where were you, what was the occasion, what did you eat, how did it make you feel?  A delectable dessert anyone, make my mouth water with your words.  Birthday cakes, I want to read all about special birthday cakes, any traditions there?  How was your wedding cake, lay it on me, what was the reason you chose fruit cake, sponge cake, butter cake, or whatever?

Meals around the dining table with family and friends, beautiful occasions, toasting glasses with cheers and enjoying a meal with our loved ones – lots of stories there.

Food whilst travelling, something I adore – have you eaten something not in your normal palate?  Have you enjoyed wandering through cheese stores with hanging salami, or drooled at cakes in a shop window?

And let’s flip the coin, have you had a disaster in the kitchen of epic proportions?  Have you had a bad dining experience?  Do you have an allergic reaction to some foods, great time to tell the story.

Jump on board the food train with me this month.

The creative team have jumped on board with some terrific example pages:
