Saturday Scraplift: Full Frame

Good morning everyone, and welcome to December! How many of you have completed your Christmas shopping? Not this woman, we haven’t even decorated yet but all in time!

Today we are lifting this fun and energetic page by ptabbert. Isn’t this little guy’s face adorable, there is so much love and happiness on this page! I chose this page for several reasons. 1. I have always wanted to create a page that has a full-frame photo, and 2. the way ptabbert arranged her word art completes this page wonderfully.

Products: All You Need Overlays No. 07, All About Boys Word Art, Start with Laughter Brushes and Stamps No. 01

Our Guest Team Members were just as excited to create pages based on this fun inspiration piece, they all did a great job!

First up is Amson’s Billabong Page. The perspective on this page is fantastic; the bright, vibrant colors capture the eye, and the way she added all her festive elements completes this page. I also love how there was the perfect amount of room on the wood floor for her to write her journaling!

Products: Christmas Garden Element Pack, Worth Repeating Brushes and Stamps No. 34,
Painted Patterns Hearts Brushes and Stamps No. 02, Quinn Solids Paper Pack.

This next page by Okate is absolutely stunning. I think we sometimes forget that there are places in this world that haven’t been touched by industrialism and I find them so beautiful!! The beauty of this photo is such that Okate’s minimal elements are the perfect addition.

Products: Tightly Kerned Titles Brushes and Stamps No. 05, Hand Scripted Locations Brushes and Stamps No. 01, Meriam Ridge Element Pack, Worth Repeating Brushes and Stamps No. 10, December Edge Overlays No. 01.

This last page by Blackkathy is just gorgeous; it gets me in the mood for decorating! The colors of her tablescape, the treatment of the photo, and how she placed each element so that they look like part of the photo are perfect.
