Saturday Scraplift Challenge: White Space

Good morning everyone! I love layouts with lots of white space. So Karen’s (KarenC) page for the latest Arsty Challenge really caught my eye in the gallery.
It is sweet and simple and the perfect design for showcasing a very special photo, or a very special memory, or maybe both!

When I told the Creative Team that I was intending to use it for the SSL, I very quickly had not one, but three volunteers who were keen to lift Karen’s lovely design.

This is Esther’s (esther_a) lift. She used the opportunity to scrap a special photo for a very special album. Very simply done – but just gorgeous don’t you think? I love how her brushwork continues the line of trees in the photo.

Sylvia (smcloone) took the opportunity and the inspiration to scrap a delightful photo of two little friends. I love how the little epoxy leaves look as though they’re growing on the brushed branches!

What a special achievement Uly (maruma) was inspired to document. Aren’t these the kind of everyday miracles that are worth remembering? I love the tied bow under and over the photo.

I thought of this photo of Tully on her school sports day the minute I saw Karen’s page in the gallery. I so enjoyed lifting this page and I hope you will too.

Our talented team members will post their lovely layouts in the Saturday Scraplift Challenge Gallery very soon and you’ll be able to find their complete product lists there if any one thing has caught your eye this morning!
We hope you will join us in the gallery with YOUR scraplift of Karen’s page.
Don’t forget to add your 100% DD product layout to the November Participation Sign In Thread. Only a few days now till the end of November!

Happy Saturday everyone – and happy scrapping!
