Saturday Scraplift Challenge: A Little Torn

Hi everyone! Linda (earlofoxford) kicked off this week’s Saturday Scraplift Challenge but was called out of town so I’m here to round up the rear! I love Linda’s choice of Audrey’s (adrianita) page entitled Sibling Shot this week – how cute is this? The sweet photo nestled on top of lovely layers and the torn patterned paper providing a lovely texture makes for a lovely design!

Elisabeth (lego) jumped right on board with her Bucket List 2019 page. The black and white chequered framing sets off the detail of the page beautifully. Check out the striped alpha too… this is such a cool lift!

Elisabeth’s supply list: Curated Studio Mix Scrapbooking Kit No. 03 – Studio Double-D; Stripey Alphabet No. 03Arctic Whites Paper PackDictionary Paper Pack No. 01Worth Repeating Overlays No. 04Splatters Brushes and Stamps No. 02Brilliant Life Scrapbook KitColor Muse: Moore Gray Value PackTextbook Phrase Clips No. 02Clipped Stacks No. 13Filmstrip Frame Brushes and Stamps No. 02December Essentials No. 02: The PapersFine Line Twists Brushes and Stamps No. 04 and Torn Templates No. 02 – Katie Pertiet.

I love how lmaggs rotated the torn edges, giving her lift a different perspective and using the two tone colour palette of mustard yellow and black that always works so well. A striking take on the challenge!
