Welcome to another iTunes challenge, hope your January is going well. It’s been snow here with disruption to schools. Fun for the kids, and fun for me too if I’m honest and not trying to drive anywhere.

So it’s January, time to get your creative braincells working with a challenge. Here’s the page for this month. I loved the scribbles of colour, the sketch-like nature of the photo and the title across the top.

The creative team have come up with wonderful examples, all different, which should give you a starting idea. I was inspired by all the white space and used a photo from a snow day last week.

I used the challenge freebies, Watery Brushes and Stamps No. 01 and Noemi Kit.

Deborrah used a photo of her niece and added gorgeous colour. I love the repeated elements of the heart and star.

Deborrah used  Layer Works No. 884; Anchors Away Solids Paper Pack; Everyday Moments Brushes and Stamps; Bead Scatterings No. 02; Edge Overlays No. 10.

Debi brought her trademark white space skills to the challenge, and added extra movement with the scribble. I love that she used the band of paper across to echo the title of the inspiration piece.

Debi used Lightly Mapped Paper Pack No. 02; Watery Maps Brushes and Stamps No. 01; Watery Scribbles Brushes and Stamps No. 07; Big Bottom Lift Classic Photo Frames No. 02; Autumn Winds Solids Paper Pack; Bold and Outlined Brushes and Stamps No. 03; Flair Minis No. 02; Fastener Basics No. 01.

Now it’s over to you. Let’s see where the inspiration takes you. Katie has kindly provided a freebie here. Post your pages in the iTunes Inspiration Gallery so we can leave some love. Remember that pages with 100 % Designer Digitals products are also eligible for our rewards scheme. Keep track of your progress in the January Challenge Participation Thread.

Happy scrapping!
