Fifth Saturday in October Creative Team Scraplift Challenge: Eye Candy

Well here we are, the last weekend in October and whether you’re gearing up for Halloween, catching up on chores and errands or out and about, I do hope you find a little time to play along with this week’s Scraplift Challenge. As this is the 5th Saturday of this month, it’s time for a Creative Team Scraplift so we’re lifting the super creative Elisabeth (lego)! I love Elisabeth’s exquisite style of scrapping, her pages always contain such lovely detail and are always full of eye candy so take a journey through her gallery and I guarantee that you will find tons of inspiration!

Linda (earlofoxford) jumped at the chance to lift a page of Elisabeth’s and has pulled out all the stops on this one! Linda ramped up her lift using the torn edges that provide great texture and chose to add lots of lovely detail in the rainbow colours, making great use of a selection of Studio Double-D’s readymade tall strips and clusters. I particularly like how Linda left a little white space for her title and the addition of the text border is perfect!

Linda used these supplies: Hey There Cardstocks Paper PackAround Word Page Frames No. 04Watery Foliage No. 03Brierley Element PackBotanique Noel Element PackRedwork Element PackTorn Templates No. 02My Vintage Valentine Add-On Paper Pack,Fat Cat Black Cat Paper PackBotanical Colors Cerulean Meadow Paper PackDalese Add-On Paper PackBlack, White and Plum KitSchool Rules Element PackBanner Labels No. 02Hot Floral Mini KitCold Outside Element PackCully Element PackSpring Walk Element PackGator Crossing Element PackHello Autumn Element PackArtsy Berries Value PackColor My Love Element PackCoral Harvest Mini KitBe Buttoned: HarvestPowder Mountain Element PackVinelli Mini KitShoreline KitParty Time Element PackMy Wonderful Adventure Element PackBead Scatterings No. 01Catching Rainbows Element PackLeyton Element PackWashi Tapes: Grays No. 01Stag Alphabet StickersDrop Shadow Styles No. 02 – Katie Pertiet; Foressa Paper PackFratta Paper Pack – Maplebrook  Studios; Readymade Tall Strips: Rainbow No. 02Readymade Tall Strips: Rainbow No. 04Readymade Clusters: Rainbow No. 01Readymade Clusters: Rainbow No. 02Readymade Doily Clusters: Love No. 01 – Studio Double-D

And this is Elisabeth’s page, Summer Bucket List 2015, that Linda chose to lift. I think you’ll agree, it’s a fabulous lift!

Rotating a design is a great way to put your own stamp on a lift which is the route Sharon (justbnsharon) chose for her lift. Just how cute are those photo’s?! I love the photo stacks here and the pink and green colour combination is beautifully soft. The messy stitching and cute heart flairs add contrast and I love the word art. Perfectly finished off with the little tab tucked under the larger photo stack, this is a delightful lift!

Here is Sharon’s supply list: Stacked Vintage Frame Layers No. 01Deer Lodge Mini Kit, , Arrowed Sentiments Brushes and Stamps No. 04Every Little Thing Brushes and StampsHarvest Fields Element PackKitlet Scrapbooking Mini-Kit No. 02Kitlet Scrapbooking Mini-Kit No. 05Little Dude Solids Paper PackMessy Stitched Circles: Black No. 01Painted Bookshelf Layers No. 01Watery Succulents, Weekly Inspiration Freebie 09/24/16 – Katie Pertiet; Readymade Layers: Neutral Borders No. 01 – Studio Double-D

And the page Sharon chose to lift is Elisabeth’s Gutschein Mama page.

I was spoilt for choice in Elisabeth’s gallery but I’m really pleased at how my lift came together. Charlie, our youngest grandson, is such a character, he happily poses for the camera and I love this cheeky little shot of him from last Christmas. I know, I know, I probably shouldn’t be mentioning Christmas so early but I found the perfect page to lift in Elisabeth’s gallery and I just had to go with it!

I used these products: Be Merry Solids Paper Pack, Be Merry Black Add On Paper Pack, Be Merry Red Add On Paper Pack, Be Merry Value Brush Pack, Be Merry Tape (all coming to the store soon), Clean Stitched: White No. 03Sentiment Lines Brushes and Stamps No. 01Twisted Dots No. 01Seasons Finest Element PackRedwork Element PackHamilton Mini KitJulep Mini KitAround Words: December No. 01 Brushes and StampsAround Words December Brushes and Stamps No. 02Little Enamel Charms: December No. 01Cut Ups: Christmas No. 02December Days Brads No. 01Beloved Element PackKrafty Love Element PackSchool Rules Element PackChristmas Circles Brushes and Stamps No. 01Ticketed Journal Strips Memory Brushes and Stamps – Katie Pertiet; Readymade Clusters: December No. 01 – Studio Double-D; Stems of 3: Stars No. 01 Brushes and Stamps – Maplebrook Studios

And here is Elisabeth’s Finally: snow! page that inspired me.

As soon as you get a chance, head on over to Elisabeth’s gallery and choose a page that inspires you to document a story of your own. Remember to post your page in the Creative Team Scraplift Gallery and if you use 100% Designer Digitals products, don’t forget to post your page on the October Challenge Participation thread so you can earn yourself a discount coupon! I can’t wait to see your lift! Have a great weekend and until next time, take care, bye bye!
