I love the autumn. The cool crisp weather and the gorgeous colors are just two of the wonderful things this time of year brings. Katie has loads of wonderful products to scrap our favorite fall photos. One kit that I really like for it’s wonderful neutrals and textures is this month’s Wayback Wednesday Challenge choice-the Metsa Scrapbook Kit and the Metsa Scrapbooking Collection.
Lindsay (bessysue581) used the Metsa Collection to create the gorgeous layers on her page featuring her beautiful daughter with lovely fall colors in the background. It looks like they had a great time on their fall camping trip!
In addition to the Metsa Collection, Lindsay also used Assorted Patterned Tapes: Fall No 01, Gathered Together Brushes and Stamps, Hinge Pack, Messy Stitched Circles: Orange No 01, Painted Bookshelf Layers No 01, Torn Vintage Journalers No 01, Vintage Photo Frames No 09 Curled and Flat.
I’m sure you will enjoy Debi’s(beehive50) unique take on the challenge. You can always count on her for a page that’s minimal and fabulous!
In addition to the Metsa Collection, Debi also used Classic Curled Photo Frames No 7, Fine Line Brushes and Stamps No 4, Messy Stitches Circles Black No 1.
Last year, we spent an autumn week in the beautiful Catskill Mountains. This unique bridge was one of my favorite sights of the week. On my page, I loved combining the Metsa elements with Katie Blendables Layered Template No 63.
If you don’t already have the Metsa kit, you might want to pick it up in this weekend’s sale. We would love to see your pages using this beautiful kit in the Scrapbook Challenges Gallery! Happy autumn scrapping!
