We are celebrating Thanksgiving here in the States next week. I am all about the food when it comes to this day of thanks! I have enjoyed asking my family these past few days what some of their favorite foods are to have during the feast. Of course, pie was the first answer from both of my kids! With the thought of food heavily on my mind, I went looking for some inspiration photos that made my mouth water, longing for the big day next week!! So here we have it friends, think cranberry, turkey and oranges!
I pulled up some photos from last November when I received my very first Kitchen Aid mixer and making pie crust for Thanksgiving. The soft textured background was inspired by the texture of the bread of the leftovers from Thanksgiving. I pulled out several different greens from the rosemary and other greens. And of course, a splash of red from the cranberries. And we can’t for get splatters, not only because they make a page more fun for me, but because eating a big plate of food on Thanksgiving can get a little messy!Supplies used: Assorted Patterned Tapes: Fall No. 01, Big Bottom Lift Classic Photo Frames No. 02, Bookshelf Grunge No 3, Christmas Woodlands Solids Printable Paper Pack, Dictionary Edges No. 02, Edge Overlays No. 10, Documenting Life Notebook Christmas Stories No 1, Fallen Trails Element Pack, Golden Glitter Splatters No. 01, Golden Season Solids, Golden Season Star Clusters, Layer Works No 1019, Metsa Element Pack, Roughed Up Pocket Cards: Striped No. 02, Stamp Sets Gratitude, Taped Together Fall Stacks No. 01, Thin Classic Photo Frames Curled and Flat No. 03, Title Lines No 21, Turkey Day Paper Pack
