None of our downloads are password protected, but occasionally a download is interrupted in transit, causing an error.
Opening a file before it has finished downloading, interference on your line or an interruption in your connection can corrupt a download, producing a file error.

To solve the problem, delete the file, reboot your computer and download the file again to a different location on your computer.

Also, check the following items:
  • Make sure that you have any firewalls temporally turned off (like Norton’s Internet or MacAfee).
  • Also, only use your browsers download feature and not a 3rd party download tool.
  • Make sure to run a virus scan on your computer.
  • Install the latest patches for your browser. We highly recommend FireFox (faster, more secure)
