After purchasing the Photo Corners, you'll be directed to a download page. Save the file to your computer, making note of the location.

In order to use the products, you'll need to unzip them.  Your computer probably came with unzip software already loaded.
If not, there is a list of free unzip programs here.
We can't recommend any of these specifically, but it will give you a starting place.

Be sure to save the unzipped files somewhere - either on your computer, a CD, or an external hard drive so that the kits will be available to you the next time you are ready to use them.

Once the kit is unzipped, open Paint Shop Pro.
Create a new document (File | New), the size of your choice at 300 ppi.
Open the photo corner file by selecting File |Open where you can browse your computer for the photo corner. Select Open.
Open your photo the same way.
Select the Pick tool. Click on the photo.  Select Edit |Copy from the Menu bar.
Click on the new document.  Select Edit | Paste as New Layer.
This pastes your photo onto the new document.
Select the Pick tool again and click on the photo corner.  Copy the corner.
Click on the photo layer on your new document.  Select Edit | Paste as New Layer.
Now your new document will have 3 layers - the background, then photo, and finally the photo corner on top.
Switch to the Move tool (under the pick tool) and target the photo layer.  Move the photo into place.  Target the corner to move it into place.

Hover your cursor over the corners of the photo or photo corner to resize them.

To recolor the photo corner, select the Change to Target brush tool.
Set the new color you want to use as the foreground color in the Materials palette.
Draw over the area you want to recolor.

When you are happy with the results, select File | Save As with the file format of your choice.
