1. Close Elements.
2. Copy the .asl file.
3. Navigate to:
Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements X\Presets\Styles where X is the version number for your version of Photoshop Elements.
4. Press Ctrl V to paste the layer style into the Styles folder.
