Using a shortcut to change the numbers in a field

Article Details

Spring has arrived and with it, my favorite sport: baseball. The kids in our area are already busy practicing in the fields, dotting them with color like so many wildflowers rustling in the spring breeze.

When you are filling fields in Photoshop and Elements, clicking on the field name is a handy shortcut for selecting the contents. It’s much easier to click on the name than to highlight the existing numbers and type over them or to click in the box with your cursor.

This method also works for ticking checkboxes on and off.  Instead of having to click in the exact location of the checkbox, just click on the name to mark or delete the check.

Working a little more efficiently in Photoshop and Elements leaves you more time to go out and enjoy the spring weather this week (or play a game of baseball or two!)
