How can I start a new thread on the Message Board?

When you want to start a new conversation in the Community Message board forums, begin by clicking on the Community link.
Choose a category.  For help with Photoshop or Elements, you'll want to choose the Software Support categories for those programs.


Click on the category name to see all of the threads within that section.
To begin a new thread, click the "New Thread" button at the top left corner.



A dialog box will open that allows you to type a message and submit it to the forum.


Your question will be listed in the category you selected.  It will be the first question after any "Sticky" messages.
