As long as you are working with a graphics editing program that supports layered .psd files, you can change the titles.  The Book of Memories sets are delivered as layered templates.  In Photoshop and PSElements, you can "hide" the titles by clicking the Layer Visibility icon (looks like an eyeball on the left side of the title layer in the Layers Palette.)  Use text, alphas, or word art to customize the pages with your own creative title.
