When you download the product, it is saved on your computer as a zipped file.

Right-click on the zipped file and choose "Extract All."  (In Vista, double-click on the zipped file and choose "Extract All" from the shortcut bar at the top.)

Make a note of the location of the unzipped file.

Delete the zipped file.  You will no longer need the zipped version because you now have the unzipped version.

You can only use files that are in an unzipped folder - your software will not allow you to do anything with images that are inside the zipped folder.
