I am not using Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. Can I still use your products? |

Our papers are delivered in .jpg format and our scrapbook elements are .png files so that the backgrounds can be transparent - you can drag them onto a project like a sticker with no background block. The .jpg file format does not support transparency. If your software does support .jpg and .png, you'll be able to use many of our products. Just be careful to read the product description to determine the file format it will be delivered in. Some of our products are designed for use in Photoshop/PSE only. If you are unsure if your software supports .jpg and .png files, you may want to try out some of our challenge freebies before you make a purchase. You'll need to register in the gallery/forums in order to access the freebies. Check the website of your software manufacturer. You should be able to determine capatability by searching the FAQs, support center or learning center specific to your software. |
