Shipping, Payment and Returns Policy

Downloads

Your download(s) are immediately available when you complete your purchase. You will have up to 3 attempts per download file and the download link is good for 7 days.

To access your downloads, a link(s) will be provided at the checkout success page for immediate access.

To download at a later time, click on My Account and sign-in. Under My Account Information select the order under My Orders. The same information is available under Account History located in the login box on the left hand side of the page.

When doing a download, do a "Save AS" to your computer, not an "Open". These files are stored in sub-folders and will present some problems if opened on the download.

Shipping

DesignerDigitals.com normally ships by Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. International orders are shipped by Global Priority mail. If you need special accommodations outside of Priority Mail, please contact us at:

Payment

DesignerDigitals accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. This also includes the pre-paid or gift credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well.

Return Policy

As with most stores, we generally do not accept returns on downloaded items. If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in the product, we will work with you to resolve the error or defect. We reserve the right to replace or repair your item or issue a refund (store credit only), depending on the situation. Please do not hesitate to ask us questions, most of the time we can accommodate your needs and requests. Please do not return any product without prior authorization. We will not be responsible for damaged or lost shipments sent to us. Please insure your package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
