Marking an Exact Spot at DesignerDigitals Whoosh!.... the first month of summer has just whooshed right by! And the second month is picking up speed! Holy Moly! Tomorrow I'm flying out to pick up our granddaughter and fly back with her tomorrow night. There will be a week filled with Disney movies, macaroni and cheese, trips to the ocean and Hershey Park and some time running through the sprinkler too I'm sure! Wish us luck! Oh, and, of course, the camera batteries are all charged and ready to take hundreds of pictures of every moment we get to be together! All this craziness is not slowing down the designers one bit! This weekend we have over 40 new items in the store including the two at 25 cents. Make sure to join us on Facebook, Twitter and Flicker for news, challenges and our Daily Photo events! And, of course, we have 2 NEW 25 cent items for today and tomorrow ONLY! Don't Miss them!

Adobe Photoshop or Elements Tip of the Week: + Marks the Spot You can also watch this tip on video on our blog: Digital Scrapbooking Tips and Tricks: Marking an Exact Spot [Video] When a pirate wanted to mark the exact location of his treasure on a map, he marked it with a red X. Photoshop has a similar function. When you need to mark an exact spot on your Photoshop or PSE document, just set the Caps Lock. Doing this will change your cursor into a cross hairs (like a +) so that exact precision is easier. This works especially well when using the Brush tool, the Eraser tool, and the Clone Stamp tool. Zoom in by pressing Ctrl and the + key (Mac: Cmd and the + key) to get even closer to your subject! Have a great week and we'll see you at DesignerDigitals!
