Photoshop: The Final Frontier at DesignerDigitals

Man On! Katie let me drive the DD bus tonight so watch out. What a busy week we had. Katie, Kelly and I were up in New Hampshire "getting away". No cell phone service, no internet except at the lodge. And we got to see a Moose but no flying squirrels! BUT Katie and the other designers still had time to designer over 40 new products in the store this week including two at twenty five cents.

Make sure to join us on Facebook, Twitter and Flicker for news, challenges and our Daily Photo events!

And, of course, we have 2 NEW 25 cent items for today and tomorrow ONLY! Don't Miss them!

Featured Layout of the Week

Congratulations to janejetson. Her layout Under the Stars has been selected as the featured layout of the week where she won a $ 5 DesignerDigitals Gift Certificate for product of her choice!

Adobe Photoshop or Elements Tip of the Week:

Photoshop: The Final Frontier

Starting this week the Tip of the week will be on Video as well. You can see the video on the DesignerDigitals Blog: Digital Scrapbooking Tips and Tricks: Hiding Multiple Layers [Video]

Captain's Log: Stardate 2009. We have entered the Scrapping Zone on an assignment to preserve memory units. Our dilemma: we find ourselves needing to apply the cloak of invisibility to a number of layers in our document.

We know that we can hide one layer by clicking on the Layer Visibility icon next to the layer we want to hide. Represented by an eyeball, this icon is easy to find on the left side of each layer.

Seeking a more efficient solution than clicking on each layer one at a time, we find that we can click on one of these icons and drag downward in a row to hide many layers in mere seconds.

Having defeated the Klingons of time, we can now Live Long and Remember.
End log.

Have a great week and we'll see you at DesignerDigitals!
