Such a simple layout - why did it take so long? Ugh.

The 4th grade curriculum at Jennifer’s school includes studying circuits and beginning to delve into Electrical Engineering. To augment the classroom learning her class visited The Intel Museum which introduces students to the world of micro-miniature computer chips. The field trip consists of a tour of the museum where students learn about microprocessor history, computer chip design and manufacturing, and chip factories. The docents use the museum displays and common language to teach the children. The field trip also consists of a hands-on science labs. In their lab on schematics, switches and circuits, the students worked in teams to work with wires, batteries, bulbs, and switches, to create several different electrical circuits. The students were given basic schematics to decode in order to build their circuits. Jennifer had fun looking at the schematics and figuring out how to get their device to operate properly.
