Another for my favorite photos book...

DH and I were out with our cameras one day, wandering through a field which I can only describe as being located in "the middle of nowhere," when we happened across this bait shop sign—pretty much confirming an observation he'd made upon first coming to Wisconsin from Seattle: there is scarcely anyplace you can go in this state during fishing season where you won't find find bait for sale: in addition to countless bait shops, just about every gas station, big or small, seems to sell it, as do general retailers large and small, ranging from places like our local Ace Hardware to mom-n-pop country stores, right on down to roadside stands run by youthful entrepreneurs.
