We had fun taking pictures of comet Lulin last night. Journaling:We spotted Comet Lulin in the evening sky on February 26, 2009. After looking at it through the spotting scope and the telescope. We decided to try to get a picture of it. I read on-line that it was traveling very fast and that you would be able to get a blur (see the motion) with a shutter speed of about 1 minute. It was fun to experiment with the different shutter speeds to see what kind of picture we could get. After about 1/2 hour of messing around the comet dipped below the horizon.
