I'm late finishing these and doing them all out of order!

Today was the day I’d finish making the cards, well that was the plan. I bought the Basic Grey paper pack through the Internet soon enough, and even got a card kit to help me get started. But their cards were too small, the letter rounds too large and bright, and the trees just didn’t look right, so I re-did them all. I changed everything around and even added a snowman until the only thing left from the original was the striped band.

It seemed that each card in the kit had similar problems. I think it was the creative me rebelling against the practical me, because as soon as I set the kit aside and just did my own thing with the papers, I began to enjoy myself again. At this point I’ve decided to give the cards I’ve finished to family and buy cards for relatives and friends. Next year I’ll try to begin even earlier.
