Not my favorite layout I've done, but another one, nonetheless, for my Cabo book.
Journaling reads: The best meal we had was the night we brought some of the fish the guys had caught to Solomonís and had them prepare it for us for dinner. My favorite was was called Rockafeller - the white tail fish was prepared in a creamy white sauce with fresh spinach and mushrooms. They also prepared some chula in a cajun spice and another little bit crispy. I can still taste it!! YUM!
