I've been meaning to scrap my adventured in trying to be organized & plan ahead when it comes to supper. It's it amazing that task at the end of the day can stress you out if you have no idea of what to make - regardless of who makes it!!

Planning meals has been going great! I’m less stressed, we’re not making daily trips to the grocery store, the kids are taking turns helping with the meal, & we’re all eating healthier!

1. boil manicotti noodles, undercook slightly, let cool on baking sheet
2. mix together eggs, Italian seasoning, ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses, and crumbled & browned Italian sausage, fill pastry bag with mixture
3. pipe cheese mixture into manicotti noodles and place filled noodles in a baking dish coated lightly in olive oil
4. pour your favorite pasta sauce over stuffed manicotti, bake - covered - in 350F oven for 30 minutes, uncover, top with mozzarella, and bake for another 10 minutes
