Oh, I'm on a baby book roll! Glad that family photo doesn't include my feet -no one told me that if your feet don't swell during pregnancy, they definitely will after delivery! Perhaps I'll do a page about that, but I don't think it would need to go into my dd's book! LOL!

We left the hospital Friday afternoon, after being told we were being sent home early that morning. It was so nice to be taken care of and practically pampered by the hospital staff, I almost didn’t want to leave. The car ride from the hospital to our home was less than fifteen minutes, but felt like an hour. It was a beautiful and sunny autumn day, and I had to hold up a blanket over your car seat to keep the sun off of you. The last two days felt like a dream, I couldn’t believe they just let us leave the hospital; it hardly seemed real that we were about to walk through the door of our house for the first time together -as a family.
