after quite a few conversations with my sister (this last year) over what's for dinner and what to fix with these ingredients on hand I decided I would do a book for her Christmas gift. Different from a cookbook, this really is a glimpse of what I cook
everyday (or every other day) I have been taking photos of meals I think she will like and then I will put the book together by seasons...ending with all the christmas recipes her kids have asked me for ever since they were at our house years ago.
It's very simple and clean. And on pages like this where its no great 'recipe' i just list what I made and then I will put a last page with recipes for 'staples' like my pico digallo and chili oil and such....
