I had a really hard time with this. My Grandpa was barely hanging on at this point, and the color photo was almost gruesome, because he'd lost so much weight and his skin was just a mess--tons of bruises, etc. *sigh* Plus, it's just sad, and I still miss him... But I think it will be an important photo for my sister and her son, nonetheless.
