No rules to this project for me this year - some weeks there may be a few stories - other weeks nothing at all to report.
I'm going for a paper scrappy look this year, and as always on the catch up trail.

Journalling:
I'm quite a solitary runner, comes from living in Mortlake I guess, no one else to run with, plus I worry about being too slow for them. But every now and then it's nice to have a social run with someone, running, chatting, letting the kilometres tick over before you know it.

Mel had a day off and so did I so we arranged to do our long run together and ran all over Warrnambool for 13.8km. The time seemed to go so quickly. We wore matching RDU tops and we had a great time.

I need to put myself out there more often like this as it's a really enjoyable thing to do, and not worry so much about how slow or fast I am, but just enjoy the moment with a mate.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK: WHEN SOMEONE ASKS ME WHAT FUN PLANS I HAVE FOR THE WEEKEND, CAN ONLY RESPOND IN KILOMETRES!
