No rules to this project for me this year - some weeks there may be a few stories - other weeks nothing at all to report.
I'm going for a paper scrappy look this year.
But I better get a wriggle on, I'm sooooo behind!!

Journalling:
Saturday morning and we headed into Warrnambool to meet up with Tabby and Aaron. I was taking some maternity shots for her and had scouted a great location along the foreshore. Mike was there doing Saxon-wrangling duties!! Because it was a beautiful morning we planned to go running afterwards, Mike doesn't get to run very often in Warrnambool so it was a great opportunity. 10.3km of sheer beauty - running, walking and talking around the foreshore. We ran as far as Shelly Beach, I've never gone beyond Thunderpoint before, it's a bit remote, so while I had the he-man with me, we did it. Then for the spoils of victory, we had a beautiful lunch at the Pavilion. A truly fantastic day.

QUOTE OF THE WEEK:
IT'S IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER THAT EACH FOOT STRIKE CARRIES YOU FORWARD, NOT BACKWARD.
AND EVERY TIME YOU PUT ON YOUR RUNNING SHOES YOU ARE DIFFERENT IN SOME WAY THAN YOU WERE THE DAY BEFORE.
