I've had this page in my mind since I took the photos in 2011, but I could never get it quite the way I wanted it. Now, Katie has FIXED all that for me!! Thank you, Katie! AND I finally resolved the issue of no WiFi on this computer with a usb adapter, so I am REALLY a happy camper today!

The story is this -----
The Riverwalk is about 3+ miles of sidewalks on either side of the San Antonio river downtown. It came about as a result of a flood in the late '20s that killed a lot of folks in that area. Now, it's home to numerous bars, restaurants, shops, and museums and is the biggest tourist attraction in town. You should see it at least once if you're here, but I recommend you choose any season but summer when it's over 100 degrees and humid out. Unless, of course, you intend to spend a lot of time wandering in and out of those watering holes and restaurants.....

Anyway, in April of 2011, my sister, brother-in-law, and I took my son and daughter-in-law to visit the Riverwalk while they were here. And, of course, I took a few photos. Several were of the scenic views along the riverwalk, and a few were of this pair of shoes being sported by a very attractive young lady as she strolled along the riverwalk. Now, to my way of thinking, these are NOT the choice of shoe for that kind of a hike, but who am I to say? She looked really nice in them, and they didn't seem to be giving her any problems. Go, Girl!!
