Finally I have scrapped another recipe page for my Family Cookbook. This is a recipe from my daughter-in-law, which was cooked at our house by our grandson (who just happens to be a budding chef! At the rate I’m doing recipes for this book, it is going to take me ten years to finish! Ugh

Journaling: James did lots of cooking in my kitchen this winter while he was sick and had to be out of school . . . yummy scrambled eggs . . . grilled cheese sandwiches & hot chicken salad were just a few of this recipes. He called his mom one day to get her recipe for the chicken salad he liked. We bought the ingredients at Kroger’s and he mixed it up and baked it for our lunch. We divided it into little individual servings to freeze so he could pop one out to eat whenever he was hungry. This was a great alternative to his favorite Chick-fil-a nuggets, which he wasn’t allowed to have because of all the salt in them.
