Double page spreads do not come easily to me and are probably why I struggle doing travel books (that and choosing which photos to use!) but I want to get some events and trips scrapped and printed and I wanted to do double page spreads for cohesion. Time however is something I am lacking in. Iíve seen in paper scrapping quite a lot where people use pocket pages for one side of the spread and thatís where my inspiration came from. I thought it would be an easier approach for me as I am quite comfortable with pocket page templates!
This is from a holiday Dylan and I took back in 2007 and on this day we drove to the beach and watched a storm roll in. I did not even own a camera then and borrowed my Mumís old point and shoot for the trip! HA! The quality of the photos isnít the best but the memories are the same! Iím going to pair a Layer Works and Pocket Page template for each spread and I think it should come together quite easily. Never mind the fact I started in the middle of the holiday but I just had to use Katieís awesome new beach goodies!
Thanks for looking!
