Our UK Mothering Sunday was last week, and we spent it in Glasgow. When we went to the LEGO store they had an activity for children to make a LEGO mummy for free. I love how Amy chose to represent me:).

Later Peter took the kids home and I stayed in town for a coffee, before getting the train home later. I must say that while Mothers' Day is lovely, when our kids are young I know I'm a mother, I'm constantly a mother. I reckon for us mums with young kids it should be 'Give your mum a couple of hours of silence Day'. Though I appreciate this would be harder to fit on cards! Anyway, I bought a new book, and sat with a coffee, accompanied by mini-me. Then went home feeling refreshed. Smile
