I love to watch spring arrive and all the new growth - the leave, grass, shrubs and flowers. Spring is such a beautiful time of year!

We moved into our house in December 2006. Imagine my surprise that March when I looked long the side of the house to find several clusters of daffodils blooming! Every year since then I have watched to see when they will bloom. The last few years Iíve taken pictures of their progress from the earliest specks of green popping through the soil. Last year on March 18 they were covered with snow. This year they were popping through the soil and lifting the mulch as they grew - as if to protect them from the coming snow. These photos were taken a week apart with a snowstorm in between! They seemed to tolerate the snow just fine and continued to grow, They are taller and the buds are bigger. It wonít be long until the open up and welcome spring!
