pages touched me deeply this week.
i awoke to find beautiful pages created overnight and now displayed in the gallery. but what first captured my attention were the pages of those in our community who are currently suffering and grieving. though strangers by definition, i am no stranger to your grief or to your struggle. and although it is a path each and every one of us will take at one time or another in our lives, maybe even more than once, it is excruciating to watch. we each must chart out own journey. choose our own path. determine our own stops. and although it feels as though we are alone, isolated and unique in our pain it is important to remember there are those around us sounding silent prayers, answering unasked questions and supporting spirits not asked to be attended to. you are not alone. we enfold you in our caring and our empathy. the nature of life is that our turn at grief has either not yet occurred or has overwhelmed us to slow but eventual acceptance and healing. we wish the same for you.
