Here is another page for my Christmas Ornament book. This ornament isn’t old . . . it is one from a fairly recent trip. I do love buying an ornament from the many places we have visited in the years since we married. I will probably put a few more travel ornament pages in eventually!

Journaling: Ed and I have logged in many travel miles in our married life . . . and, I have found that Christmas ornaments make the best keepsakes ever! I got this cute little felt French Sailor ornament while we were on a trip to France in September of 2010 with a group of friends. Carol, Olivia & I decided that we wouldn’t go on the climbing tour through Mont St. Michele with our group and decided instead to walk around and visit the little shops and have a snack and just visit & relax. Funny that this is just about the only thing that I bought while in France. Each time I look at him I will remember the three of us sitting on the steps of one particularly steep section of the walk up and running into the rest of the climbing tour group trudging up behind us!

I love Katie's new willowy evergreen branch! I've used it as a clipping mask rather than as it's Chalkboard look.
