Journaling: Linc has always thought his Daddy was the bees knees but lately everything is all about Daddy! It’s so sweet! Every morning when Dylan leaves for work, Linc will tear through the house to the front window and sit there waving as he reverses down the driveway. On Saturday when Dylan was getting ready to take the car for a service, Linc kept waving at me and saying "Bye!” as if to say, "You’re not coming, Mum! It’s just me and Dad!”. When he realised he wasn’t going, he got so upset and screamed "Oh noooooooooo!”. When Dylan went back later to pick the car up, he had to take Linc with him and they went on a little adventure together. The beaming smiles that little boy had when they got home just warmed my heart. He won’t even say "Mummy” lately. Everything you ask about me he replies with Dad!

27 Oct - It never ceases to amaze me how much Lincoln looks like his Daddy. He has been his spitting image since the day he was born. This shot just blew me away though. He was watching a helicopter fly over and I was trying to capture his amazement. When I saw it though, it reminded me of all of the photos of Dylan at the same age. He is certainly his Daddy’s boy!
