Journaling: This Week: Like every year, the week’s start getting busier from around now until the New Year. It was another short week for us as Dylan had the 18th off work so he could have a long weekend for my birthday. I was in horrible pain all week from what turned out to be SPD. My chiro appointments are now once every 2 weeks so at least my back is feeling better! Thursday night my boys took me birthday shopping. They did well and neither one complained! Friday we went to ante-natal clinic and had planned to take Lincoln to the lagoon afterwards but it started to shower. So we went shopping again and then out for lunch. Saturday was my birthday, Poppy’s 3d scan and then lunch with my family. We had cake when we got home and then it was time for a rest for everyone! Sunday, a quick trip to Masters and Woolies and then I needed to rest - a big week!
18 Oct - We had our check up with the obstetrician. The first thing I mentioned was the new pain. Turns out I also have SPD too! Ugh! I’ve also been having braxton hicks and the doc tells me I am doing too much. I don’t know how I can do any less with this pain, a toddler and a crazy dog?! We also had my c-section booked in for December 17th! The countdown begins! We have some extra appointments now but it won’t be long and she will be here!
20 Oct - Mum and Step Daddy dropped in with little Miss Muffet’s new cabinet. Step Daddy and Dylan put it together and then I got busy setting things up. I really like how the room is coming along! So pretty!
20 Oct - Putting together the last piece of the puzzle that is her furniture. I love this little cabinet! And could not wait to fill it up with her little things. Next stop, starting her book collection!
