Journaling: It was a busy, baby week! I was busy finishing off de-junking Poppy’s room. I re-organised, purged and donated! My plans to clean and prep her walls for painting flew out the window! By Friday I was in horrible pain and mentioned it to the obstetrician when we had our appointment. He suspected sciatica among numerous other things and referred me for some treatment. We also made the final decision on c-section vs. VBAC. Based on the risks he gave us, we decided on a c-section. He told us they would do that at 39 weeks and that surgery would be booked at my next check up. Based on what he told us, it seems she could be born sometime between 17-19 December! Saturday morning we headed to Masters to pick out the paint for Missy Moo’s room. We ended up choosing a colour called ‘Pax Quarter’. Depending on the light, it looks like a pale lilac with a mix of cool grey. We love it! Dylan and Ian prepped and painted while Mum, Linc and I headed to the carpet store! That room desperately needed new carpet but it meant I had to choose something that would work in all of the bedrooms as they all need new carpet too! Sunday Dylan finished up by painting the skirting boards, window and door frames. It’s all starting to come together!
