I recently had surgery to remove a benign tumor from my breast and although it was a simple procedure nothing in life is guaranteed! Needless to say I was very nervous before the day of surgery and made sure to capture and relish the good such as kisses and hugs and to prepare for the "bad" like making out a living will and making sure my husband knew where to find all our important papers; in between I did a whole lot of praying!!!
We all experience death looming over our head at one point or another and it is these moments that make us stop and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us and shows us how truly fortunate our lives really are! Words to live by: "Sing like no one's listening, love like you've never been hurt, dance like nobody's watching, and live like its heaven on earth."
