Journaling: 27/07 - We took Lincoln to the lake to burn some energy. It was such a beautiful day to be outside and I was looking forward to taking the camera with me. I got some good shots of Linc before he got tired and tantrums prevailed. Oh well. Thatís life! We stopped for lunch at the cafe after our walk then it was home time.
Yay! We were a germ free household this week! I thought the runny noses and coughs would stay forever! We had beautiful weather all week and lots of outside play time. I had been watching a Nigella Lawson episode and suddenly developed a craving for anchovies after watching her make spaghetti puttanesca! How bizarre! Needless to say we ate spaghetti puttanesca 3 times this week. At least I varied it - with chicken one night, marinara another and vegetarian the last time. Yummo! Thanks, Nigella! We had our morphology scan and little Jellybean was looking beautiful, even if they did play the modesty card! Weíve changed the nickname to Jellymelon because I feel like a whale and little one is no longer bean size. Ha! We walked around Xxxxx Saturday and Sunday we headed to Masterís for a new whipper snipper and then spent the afternoon outside playing and keeping Bandit dog occupied. It was a great week!
24/07 - We had our 18 week scan done. We were quite looking forward to finding out Jellybeanís gender. But just like his/her brother, Jellybean crossed their legs and refused to co-operate! Most importantly though, everything looked healthy!
