One of the coolest things about digital scrapbooking--at least for me--is that if I don't like a page I can always change it. I don't do that often (seriously, who has the time?!?) but it's so nice to have the choice!

The story is this...

A couple of years ago, my aunt and cousin were passing through San Francisco on their way back home to Canada, and Mr. Squeak and I spent a fun day with them touring the City. I took crudloads of photos and made a couple of pages about the day. I've been on a printing frenzy lately (gotta love print credits at Persnickety Prints) and when I was getting ready to upload the pages for this event to Persnickety, I realized that I really, really didn't like one of the pages. I mean, I really didn't like it. At. All. Doesn't it just stink to spend hours making a page only to realize after it's completed that it doesn't blow your skirt up? I didn't want to spend the money to get it printed, but I didn't have any good ideas for how to make something new. I'd about resigned myself to sucking it up and printing the loathed page just to close out this project when I happened upon a layout (You Heart San Francisco) by Janet (JALong) I had stashed in my inspiration folder a while back. It's a page I have long wanted to lift, and this seemed like a good time to do so. I pretty much just copied her whole layout! Janet, thanks for the amazing inspiration!

The page I've posted here will be a companion page to this page; here's what they look like together:]
