I am glad to know he decided to mend his ways after his early prank in kindergarten! LOL!
It must have gotten lots of attention since once the fire alarm goes off at a school, even if it is called in as a false alarm, the fire trucks have to come to the school anyway and school has to be evacuated. At least that is the way it works in Minnesota. I know, because I was in charge of the Regional Spelling Bee when the fire alarm was pulled by the younger sibling of one of our contestants. Even though we informed the fire department we had seen the child pull it, we had to all evacuate and the fire trucks came, making it a memorable Spelling Bee.
Seriously, his NHS accomplishment is one of which to be very proud. I congratulate him!
I love this, Terri! I know that you are bursting with pride for your handsome Austin. What a wonderful honor it is to be a member of the National Honor Society . . . and honor he will have for the rest of his life.
And . . . I know that the audience and his friends all laughed when his "dark side" hit the air waves!! Bravo to you, Austin!!!
